Edge-first
Where possible, inference and computation happen on the client's device or in a dedicated edge. The cloud is an option, not a default.
We build on open standards and open source models — because technological sovereignty is not a slogan, it's an architecture. Below: the design principles, the honest stack, the SOV system for data, and the 5 R&D projects in development by the team.
Where possible, inference and computation happen on the client's device or in a dedicated edge. The cloud is an option, not a default.
Every request is authenticated, authorized and encrypted. No implicit trust between components, even within the same perimeter.
When a dependency fails, the system keeps working with a subset of features. Never a total outage for a single component.
Immutable audit logs, explainable AI decisions, no hidden telemetry. The client always sees what the system does.
No vendor pitch, no inflated acronyms. The real stack, organized by layer.
Local inference, RAG, embeddings
Smart contracts, account abstraction
Digital identity, accessibility
Audio, video, segmentation
Runtime, databases, protocols
For every service we declare where the data resides. Five tags, explicit choice.
On-premise infrastructure or datacenter in Italy
Cloud/datacenter in the EU · GDPR compliant
Platforms outside the EU · requires SCC
On-chain data on a global decentralized network
SOV-IT, SOV-EU or SOV-EXTRA, your choice
The Omni Project team develops 5 deeptech projects in-house that tackle unsolved problems of digital sovereignty. They are at different stages: from prototype to production-ready, from PoC to operational testnet.
Custom AI that stays inside the company
An artificial intelligence environment installed directly on the customer's systems: it answers questions about company documents and procedures, automates recurring tasks, without data ever leaving the organization.
Assistants that don't just talk: they act
Conversational systems that go beyond the chatbot: they open cases, authorize flows, write directly to the systems already in use, always with full tracking of what they have done and the ability to undo every action.
Interactive videos that don't die with the vendor
A platform to create interactive video content — branching paths, clickable points, AI applied to editing — while staying on open standards: the content remains the customer's and playable by any player even ten years from now.
Web3 finally usable by Italian businesses
It makes the Web3 world accessible to those who don't want to manage cryptographic keys, network fees and technical complexity: smart wallets, integration with electronic invoicing and traditional payments, without giving up custody of their own assets.
An AI that distinguishes what is true from what is believed
A new generation of systems that, unlike generalist models, maintains the distinction between facts, opinions, norms and hypotheses — designed for historical archives, cultural heritage, scientific research and the legal domain, where these differences are essential.
Why we patent. The Omni Project team's intellectual work is a collective strategic asset, not a personal one. Protecting it formally means safeguarding the R&D investment of those who built it, and guaranteeing clients continuity of service over time.
What IP represents for us. Not a trophy to show off nor an offensive weapon. It's the foundation of a promise of continuity: clients who adopt our technology can count on the fact that it will remain developed, maintained and free from hostile forks.
How it protects clients. IP is a pact: no risk of opaque lock-in, no undeclared rent extraction. Technical documentation, service contracts and code escrow mechanisms are the bridges between our intellectual property and the client's operational security.
We do not publish patent numbers, filing statuses, attorney dockets or inventor lists. This is confidential information shared only through a private channel with investors and institutional partners under NDA.
